About The Role

🌱 Performance, Monitoring & Data Insights

This role plays a key part in shaping how we understand and improve our environmental programme delivery. You’ll lead the development and maintenance of dashboards that act as a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) — helping teams track key performance indicators, review progress, and make confident, data-informed decisions.

We value different ways of thinking and working. Whether you’re detail-focused, systems-oriented, or a big-picture strategist, your approach to data and insight will help us deliver meaningful change.

📊 Reporting, Governance & Assurance

You’ll ensure performance metrics are communicated clearly and consistently to a wide range of stakeholders. Your work will support governance, compliance, and strategic alignment — including preparing reports for audits, leadership updates, and programme boards.

We welcome candidates who bring structure and clarity to complex information, and who enjoy creating tools that make decision-making easier for everyone.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

You’ll collaborate across teams and with external partners to improve reporting processes, support risk and issue management, and embed best practices. Your contribution will help us build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

We value inclusive communication and trust-building. If you’re someone who listens deeply, explains clearly, and works flexibly with others you’ll thrive here.

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve described but you believe you can bring value to the role we’d love to hear from you.
